The Whitney Museum of American Art just opened in the Meatpacking District, in NYC. The Whitney previously was on the Upper East Side and I hadn’t been there in many years. The new Whitney is spectacular. It’s 8 floors high with amazing views from several terrraces. It’s airy and spacious and the current exhibit of American artists is a lovely collection.
What I noticed was the people walking around are part of the art exhibit. I found a woman with amazing long blond hair and had to snap a pic of her.
